Charlie is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture Design.  He has completed the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) Certified Paver Installer Course as well as the National Concrete & Masonry Association (NCMA) Segmental Retaining Wall Certification Program.

In his free time, he enjoys camping with his wife, Kristen and their three children.  His hobbies also include cooking on his Big Green Egg along with playing golf and basketball and serving on the board of the Indianapolis Landscape Association.
